Can I host my website elsewhere and still have Kittiff help my ministry?
Yes, However, hosting with us will give you full access to all of our Tool Set options and will allow us to serve your ministry long term.
Can our current volunteers continue to maintain our site?
Yes, we are not trying to replace your volunteers. We veiw them an integral part of yourministry. Our goal is to release them from the bonds of technology upkeep and allow them to focus their efforts on the ministry instead of technology maintenance.
We already have a website, can we have you host it?
Yes, we will gladly transfer your site to our servers. This will also give you the option of adding any of our Tool Sets to your site.
Our Ministry is a thousand miles away can you still help us?
Yes, we currently have clients in multiple states, one of which is over 2,000 miles from our office. We do have a toll-free number you can call and because of todays technology it will not be necessary to meet in person. However, if you are located near a beach or a great fishing hole we are willing to travel.
How do the Kits work?
Kits are simply a bundled version of our Tool Sets tailored to specific needs. You can customize your own Kit however you desire.
Can I just get a tool set?
Yes, Tool sets can be set up and hosted individually at any time.
Can I add a single Tool Set to a kit?
Yes, you are allowed to add any number of Tool Sets to any of the Kits.
Will Kittiff Ministry place advertisments on our website?
No, We will never place advertisements on your website. We do however, add a small logo and link back to Kittiff at the bottom of your site.
Can we keep our current domain name?
Yes, we can help you transfer your current domain name to your new site.
Do you have any type of spam filtering?
Yes, We provide robust Spam filtering for all of our clients. Our filterinig goes beyond industry standard and specialized to the sesitivties of ministry.
Can we access our online email from anywhere?
Yes, you can access your Kittiff Mail email account from anywhere in the world all you need is an internet connection and a computer. (yes even while sipping coffee at Starbucks)
What is a Blog?
A blog is simply an online journal or "web log" published for public reading. Perfect for daily devotionals, comments or personal news updates.
How is the billing handled for the Kits?
We are always more than happy to discuss your Ministries specific needs and determine the Kit the best fits it. There are only two types of fee; one is for setup costs and the other for monthly Tool Set use.
Do we get any technical support with our site?
Yes, our friendly staff is here to help you during normal business hours. Also, because we like our work so much you will tend to find us in-front of our computers at odd times, so never hesitate to call you just might catch one of us.
Will our site look like all of your other clients' ?
No, all of our sites are custom designed to your ministry. Please take a look at some of the work we have dome in the past.
Can my Ministry get low or no-cost technology tools from Kittiff Ministry?
Yes, Kittiff Ministry is viewed as a ministry by the founder and employees of
Kittiff, LLC our goal is to support the work of Christian ministries through our God given gifts. We do this in a very unique way, by giving part of our profits to the ministries that support our work. If your ministry recommends a for-profit business to Kittiff, LLC we apply 5% of all gross income from that business to your ministry account. Remember we are a custom software company so most mid-sized for-profits will have a need for our work. As little as one mid-sized for-profit account could easily pay for your ministry's monthly account charges!
